Thank you, Delightfully Engaged!

November 4, 2010

I know you have seen these gorgeous Katerina Bocci gowns and our headpieces before, but it is still a thrill for me to see new stories about the New York show and the Spring 2011 Collection. So, I just have to share some more photos of the event. These photos do, after all, show both the gowns and headpieces from different angles and lighting characteristics!

Katerina Bocci’s Spring 2011 Collection – Sneak Peek!

Katerina Bocci designs for brides who want the “Wow” factor at their wedding and there is no question her Spring collection delivers. Her dresses are very dramatic, lending themselves to brides who want their dress to be remembered (and believe me, if you wear one of her designs, people will remember it!).

Katerina, herself, is a down-to-earth designer whose (gorgeous) daughter accompanied her, modeling her mom’s creations. And, while her designs are all about high-fashion, she emphasizes the importance of respecting the people who actually put together her dresses; she’s worked hard to keep her manufacturing USA-based, and is proud her company supports her local Detroit economy.

And, while her dresses are big and gorgeous, she also makes sure their comfortable. She keeps her designs lightweight and very structured, working with her brides for a custom-fit.

Her dresses have a fairy tale factor, don’t they? And, that last dress (the pink one) was amazing in person!

Thank you, Delightfully Engaged. . . You didn't mention our contributions to the look. (I know, I know. . . It's all about the gown!). . . but we appreciate the indirect attention very much anyway.

All the best,
